1) Mr. ……. You had spoken with one of our colleague during a quick survey where you had shared your address as (confirm) – name, address, 2 contact numbers (mobile preferably).
Mr./Mrs. wanted to inform you that you have been selected to receive some free professional advice from debt management services. This advice could result in you having upto 70% of your loans written off without touching any of your assets. We may also be able to have all charges and interest frozen.
OK what I am going to do now is just to make sure that you qualify for our scheme so that I can arrange a call back from our admin department...OK!!!
So in order to process your application I just need to know quickly:
1) How much do you owe on your unsecured loans like (Credit Cards / Personal Bank Loans/ Mobile Phone Bills / Bank Overdrafts / Unpaid Utility Bills / Catalogues )
2) How many creditors do you have?
3) How much do you pay every month on your unsecured loans?
4) Do you face difficulty in making this payment each month?
5) Are you working full time / part time?
6) How much do you feel that you could realistically afford to pay each month? Instead of what you are paying right now… (Has to be minimum £150).
Excellent Sir/Madam, from the information that you have given me I believe that you do qualify for this scheme!
Now I would arrange a call back from our admin Department to verify the information shared with me so that he can then make you speak with a specialist advisor who will give you all the options to take you out of this mess of UNSECURED LOANS, What would be the best time for them to call you? Take the best time (within 24 hours time frame) preferably in next 20 min.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum debt level should be 5K for DMSL and incase the customer has less than 5K then you can still advise him that he would get a call but the centre would be paid on pack back basis which would be GBP 25 per pack…
Also in case the lead is not contactable within 24 hours it will be resend to the centre to fix an appointment for the admin department instantly.
