A1 Transcriptions is an emerging Transcription Services company in India, established with a vision to offer error-free quality transcription services in a cost effective and timely manner.

We assure you that all the work is done with great care keeping in mind the sensitive nature of the job and our responsibility to provide error-free reports in time. The facility is monitored to ensure that all information transacted at any level is secure.

PROCESS:

We follow a three-tier production system designed in line with HIPAA guidelines. HIPAA, HPI compliant practices have been adopted to ensure that all information received, processed, and delivered is safe and of desired quality.

We exchange all files through our/client-specific secured FTP sites. To ensure a secure and hassle free service, all our web services are hosted at Yahoo!

SECURITY:

Non-Disclosure Agreements, Limited Access to Capabilities: At A1T, transcriptionists have no ability to view or save documents other than on our secure server. No workstations have disk drives and our fire wall blocks access to any internet site other than select medical terminology sites.
IP Addresses & File Tracking: A1T limits which IP addresses can login to the system and view files. Administrators are also trained to audit the transcription process to insure that your records are always secure.

Our pricing is based on printable characters including spaces. Billing Rate is very competitive.
