1. All commercials quoted in this proposal are exclusive of service tax. The service tax will be charged extra and payable by the Idea.
2. The NSB BPO Solutions shall raise the monthly bill for its services.
3. The company shall release the payment with 7 days of the receiving of the bill.
4. The reporting format and policy is to be provided by the Buyer.
