Our agents undergo a specially designed training module, lasting three weeks. This module helps our associates understand the cultural aspects of the country that they will be servicing as well as helps to neutralize their accent, for voice specific processes. This is followed by client specific process training. Ongoing training based on performance evaluation is an intrinsic part of our training program.
